Krishnan's current research activity includes quality and customer satisfaction issues in software and manufacturing product management; software engineering economics; econometric modeling of issues related to quality and productivity in information systems and manufacturing; telecommunication technology and management; design for quality and measures for customer satisfaction; and business value of information systems.
