Nese Nasif is a first-year doctoral student of Economics. She received her BA in Economics from University of Chicago and subsequently worked for three years in the antitrust and competition policy practice of an economic consulting firm. Her academic interests include microeconomics and industrial organization, particularly topics involving the regulation of high-technology and other network industries. Nese’s interest in STIET stems mainly from having conducted research on major antitrust cases involving payment systems and computer industries.
