Blake Nicholson graduated from the Industrial Engineering and Operations Research department at UC Berkeley in May 1997. Following graduation, he worked for six years as a quantitative analyst and software developer. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the IOE department at Michigan, with interests in optimization under uncertainty and complex systems.
