Jonathan Whitaker received his PhD in Business Information Technology from the University of Michigan in 2007, and is now an Assistant Professor of Management in the Business School at the University of Richmond. Business Week magazine ranks the University of Richmond as one of the Top 25 undergraduate Business Schools.
Prior to pursuing a PhD, Jonathan worked 10 years in consulting and professional services with A.T. Kearney and Price Waterhouse. Jonathan has a BA from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Chicago. His research focuses on the global disaggregation of services.
