Richard Chen has a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial & Operations Engineering. His research interests are in large scale optimization and network design. He is currently working with Prof. Amy Cohn (IOE) on combinatorial auctions.
